CUSTOM PRINTING GUIDE
Custom T-shirt printing that starts with the right brief.
For creators, teams, events and businesses, the quality of a printed T-shirt depends on more than the artwork. Fabric, print method, sizing, quantity, placement and production checks all matter.
01 · PRODUCT
Choose the garment before the print.
Start with the intended use: everyday merchandise, event wear, employee uniforms, creator drops or gifting. Fabric weight, fit, colour and wash performance should support that use. A premium print cannot compensate for a garment that feels wrong.
02 · ARTWORK
Prepare artwork for production.
Use clean vector artwork where possible, confirm exact placement and dimensions, and define colours before production. For photographs or complex gradients, the artwork and print method should be tested together rather than assumed.
03 · METHOD
Match the print method to the job.
Screen printing can suit larger consistent runs, while digital and transfer methods can support detail, smaller quantities or personalization. The right choice depends on fabric, artwork, quantity, durability expectations and budget.
04 · QUALITY
Approve a mockup and check the finish.
Confirm the visual mockup, garment specification, print size, position, colour, quantity and size breakdown before production. For larger orders, a sample or production proof helps reduce avoidable errors.
