Luxury Shipping & Delivery
VAQUITE pieces may require time for reservation, preparation, quality inspection, signature packaging and, where requested, personalization. Ready pieces generally target 5–10 business days; personalized gifting may require 7–14 business days; selected private or specialist pieces, including collector watches, may require 10–21 business days. Product-specific timing shown in the private catalogue prevails.

Returns & Refunds
Eligible unworn, unused and unaltered pieces may be requested for return within the return window disclosed at purchase. Personalized, altered, made-to-order or final-sale pieces may be excluded where legally permitted. Defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Privacy Policy
We may process identity, contact, access, delivery, order, customer-service, device/security and preference information to provide private access, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, provide client care and meet legal obligations. Raw payment-card credentials should be handled by authorised payment providers rather than stored in the VAQUITE application.

Private Client Gifting
Eligible products may be sent as gifts with recipient name, delivery details, occasion, private message, sender visibility preference, premium presentation and a requested delivery date. Pricing may be omitted from the physical gift presentation while statutory invoices remain available to the purchaser.

Personalisation Terms
Selected pieces may support initials, a short name, engraving, embroidery or an inner-label dedication. Personalisation increases preparation time and may restrict cancellation or return rights where legally permitted. The exact text submitted by the client should be reviewed carefully before confirmation.

Product Care
Product-specific care instructions take priority over general guidance. Fine fabrics, tailoring, leather and watches may require specialist care or servicing. Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions is not treated as a manufacturing defect.

Vaquite California is a luxury fashion brand operated under EzyProcure. Unless a separate incorporated Vaquite California entity is expressly identified on an invoice, statutory registration, contract or official document, the statutory seller details and legal identity shown for the relevant transaction prevail. “California” is part of the brand identity and is not, by itself, a manufacturing-origin claim.
