What can be visible
Product identity, release context, house care guidance and authenticity status can be public when appropriate.
AUTHENTICITY · EDITION · PROVENANCE
The Vaquite California product-passport framework is designed to connect a released piece with its house record: identity, edition context, authenticity references, care information and future collector services. No passport is issued until a real product is formally released and assigned a verified record.
PASSPORT ARCHITECTURE
Future records should stay factual, specific and tied to a real released object.
House reference, release name, category and verified product identifier.
Edition or release context only when formally defined and published by the house.
Digital or QR-linked verification can reference the house record without exposing sensitive owner information publicly.
Care guidance, restoration notes and approved service history can be attached where the service exists.
Product identity, release context, house care guidance and authenticity status can be public when appropriate.
Owner identity, purchase details, private-client notes and sensitive service history should remain within authenticated access.
Real product IDs, QR verification, edition data and service records will only be enabled after actual releases and operational controls exist.
HOUSE STANDARD
The passport is intended to preserve context over time, not to manufacture artificial scarcity or investment claims.
